Customer Appreciation Week, hosted by Soft Flex Company, is a week-long virtual event that takes place live on Soft Flex Company's Facebook Page and YouTube Channel from September 11 - 15, 2023. You will be able to replay all videos any time after. There will be FREE live jewelry making classes all week, just buy the make-along kits from each presenter (scroll below for all kit links). We teamed up with bead stores and designers across the country to bring you multiple fun and unique classes each day. We curated this event as a way to say THANK YOU to you, our amazing customers and beading community as well as some of our most loyal bead store customers, who work hard to sell our products.

Where do I watch the live virtual jewelry making classes?
All Customer Appreciation Week (CAW) tutorials can be watched live or watched on replay through on Soft Flex Company's Facebook Page and YouTube Channel. Joining the the Soft Flex VIB Studio Facebook Group. will give you exclusive access to CAW week giveaways and a beading community to share your creations whenever you'd like.
Do the classes cost anything?
No, the live virtual jewelry making classes are FREE! However, most guest presenters will have a make-along kit available for purchase. You may purchase the kit from each guest presenter to make-along with them for the event. See the list of fun DIY jewelry making beading kits available for the event below!
What is the deadline for purchasing a kit to have them in time for the event?
We suggest purchasing as soon as possible to ensure you have your make-along kits in time for the event. Each presenter is located in different places and may have different shipping times and varying kit quantities available. Please inquire with each guest presenter directly if you have any further questions.

We will be hosting a week long celebration for our favorite people - our community and YOU!
Our kits are great for skill building. We want our kits to feel challenging. We want them to be accessible for beginners and advanced designers alike, but we love to throw in elements that may seem difficult to test our beaders skills and make them think out of the box. We think jewelry is great when it is easy. But when you really have to engage your mind and process your materials and tools, we think that your jewelry has the potential to be life changing.
This kit includes beading wire, components, and beads. Everything you need to make a bunch of lovely jewelry designs. You will just need basic tools to finish - cutters and crimping pliers.
