Customer Appreciation Week, hosted by Soft Flex Company, was a week-long virtual event that took place live on Soft Flex Company's Facebook Page and YouTube Channel. The 5th annual CAW took place on September 15th - 19th, 2025. It featured 14 virtual beading events and classes that are free to enjoy. You can replay all videos from this event on our social media. We curated this event as a way to say THANK YOU to you, our amazing customers and beading community as well as some of our most loyal bead store customers, who work hard to sell our products.
