How do I place an order?

You may order direct Online or Call toll-free 1-866-925-3539. Find our products in your local bead store, craft and hobby store or at a beading trade show.

How long will my order take?

We do our very best to ship within 2-3 business days of receiving an order. We ship USPS and UPS, choose the shipping method you prefer at checkout. Please watch for your shipping information in a separate email from Stamps.com as it often goes into spam.

When your order ships, you will receive tracking from Stamps.com. USPS is currently struggling to keep up. Once it leaves our business, we cannot control what happens to your package. We are seeing many orders are not scanned in and out by USPS, in an effort for them to save time. We know it is frustrating and are hopeful that things will get better as Covid rates drop. Try to be patient as most packages make it to their destination eventually.

What benefit is there to creating a customer account?

Once logged into your account, you can access features unavailable to guests. These include:

  • Order Messages
  • Viewing Orders
  • Reordering Products
  • Address Book
  • Stored Payment Methods
  • Wishlists
  • Account Settings
  • Recently Viewed Products
  • Store Credit

These features display in the customer's account management area, Click on your account name after logging in to see these options. 

How to I use and access Wishlists?

Login to your account, or create an account if you are new and while on an item's product page, click the Wishlist link.




Once you create a Wishlist, you may Login to your account, then click Wishlists in the Account menu. Wishlists never expire. A product will stay included in a wishlist as long as that product is visible in the store. All of the wishlists you have created will be shown on the page. You can make multiple Wishlists and mark them private or public. When your Wishlist is public you will have a link to copy and share it with friends.


Large wishlist warning: Shoppers may experience performance issues when attempting to use wishlists larger than 600 products. We recommend creating multiple smaller wishlists instead of one large wishlist.

Do you have Wholesale Pricing?

Yes. Wholesale Designer Discounts are given to customers who have a copy of their Resale Certificate, Tax Id Number or Signed Resale Form on file with us. Once on file, we will make your account eligible for Designer Discounts. Please include an email address and phone number when submitting your form.

Purchase an assortment of eligible products online and receive the following discounts:

If an item is on sale, you will receive the better of the two prices, either the sale price or the wholesale discount, but not both.

What does eligible products for Wholesale Designer Discounts mean?

When you are a customer eligible for designer discounts and you login to shop, you will only be shown products that are eligible for your designer discount. Some products such as certain books, tools and kits are not eligible to be discounted and therefore will not show as available to you to purchase.  

However, if you would like to order an item that is not eligible for discounts and instead place a retail order. You simply would not login to your account and instead checkout online as a guest.

What are your shipping options and policies?

Shipping cost and available options are quoted at checkout.

U.S. Online Orders Over $65 Ship Free

Local Customers: If you chose the "Local Pickup" shipping option, your order will be ready the following business day for pickup at 22678 Broadway, Suite 1, Sonoma, CA 95476.

International Customers: We declare goods as "craft supplies". Customs duty fees and tax are not included in shipping costs for international orders. Please be prepared to pay fees and tax at the time of delivery or pick-up. We cannot project fees as it varies from country to country. If your order is being shipped internationally, choose the "International" shipping option and we will email you with your shipping choices. USPS Priority International Mail is less expensive than our standard UPS rates and takes approximately 7 to 10 days to deliver.

If your package gets lost in the mail and is insured by UPS or USPS, we will file a claim on your behalf. We will resend the package or offer a credit after the claim is processed and a refund is received. Please be aware that we cannot do anything about lost USPS First Class packages.

Can I purchase items for delivery outside of the U.S.?

Yes. We declare goods as Craft Supplies.

Do you offer discounts for international customers?

We would like to offer you discounted rates on future purchases with us if your primary residence is outside the USA to help you cover the cost of shipping, taxes and tarrifs.

Are Customs' duty fees and sales tax included in my order total?

Customs' duty fees and sales tax are not included in shipping costs for international orders. Customers must be prepared to pay those fees at the time of delivery or pick-up. We do not have the ability to project the fee rate and these fees vary from country to country. These fees are controlled by each country's government.

Call UPS at 1-800-782-7892, state that you are ordering Craft Supplies from a company in California, USA and give them your total order amount to receive an approximate dollar amount of Fees due at Time of Delivery for your UPS package.

Attention Canadian Customers: Please note, the US total price is converted into its Canadian equivalent according to the going exchange rate; this rate fluctuates. If the package is stopped by Customs at the border, you must be prepared to pay the following fees upon delivery:

  • GST (Goods and Services Tax - this is federal; it does not vary and is approx. 7%).
  • PST (Provincial Sales Tax - this varies from province to province and is anywhere from 6% - 8% of the total items purchase price - GST is paid on the purchase price AND S&H - two separate calculations).
  • Duty - this is completely variable, depending on the goods (in this case Craft Supplies) being brought into the country and the dollar value of the goods.
  • Excise tax - variable, depending on the goods.
  • If the parcel is shipped by mail, Canada Post charges a flat $5.00 handling fee.
  • If the parcel is delivered by UPS, a flat brokerage fee applies.
