How do you measure your items?

The dimensions of our beads and findings are listed in an item's detail page as length, width and depth. These measurements are the exterior dimensions of an item and how much space it will take up in your project.

Most of our beads and findings measurements are given in millimeters. We measure the diameter of our beading wire in inches.

Where are your products made?

We take great care to choose quality items from reliable vendors and manufacturers. When we are able to release the country of origin of an item we carry this will be noted on the item's detail page. Many of our items are Made in the USA.

In some cases we are not able to provide this information because it changes or is proprietary information that our vendor has.

If there is information that you feel you need and do not see it presented on our site, please contact a Customer Account Representative at Info@SoftFlexCompany.com with the SKU, details of the information you need and any deadlines you are working under.

We will do our absolute best to provide as much information as possible, but please be aware that sometimes it is difficult for us to obtain specific details in this industry. It may take a several days and sometimes weeks to get information as we correspond with our vendors who are sometimes traveling or in other countries. We appreciate your patience.
