At Soft Flex Company, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us in its original condition and packaging.

We will be happy to issue a full refund or exchange when an item is returned to us within 45 days from the date of your purchase.

45 to 90 days after purchase, we will offer an account credit if the item is returned to us.

After 90 days, returned items are no longer accepted.

Items returned not in their original condition and packaging or after 45 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. There are no returns on special orders. A special order is any item that cannot be ordered directly on our website due to a special quantity or discount.

Please send your return with a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt and an explanation of why you are returning the merchandise to:
