Soft Flex Company reserves the right to postpone or cancel a sweepstakes during a live show. Participation during a live show does not guarantee a winning entry.
Odds of winning depend on the number of participants that enter the drawing during a live show.
HOW TO ENTER. During our live shows, a representative of Soft Flex Company may choose to post a unique word (example - #beading) - indicated by a hashtag. Replying in chat with this hashtag and word will be counted as an entry into our drawing. Entrants must reply with the exact word and hashtag as these drawings are automated and randomly selected. Any entry that does not meet these requirements will not be noted by the automated process - and the entrant will fail to enter.
ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible to receive a prize ($10 USD store credit). all entrants must have an account with Soft Flex Company (https://softflexcompany.com/) at the time of entry or be willing to create an account. In the event that the entrant does not have an account or is not willing to create an account, the drawing will be forfeited. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry. Any entrant in a country or state that has not created an account with us will forfeit the prize if they are not willing to create an account.
HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE. To claim a prize (store credit), the winning entrant must contact thomas@softflexcompany.com. The credit will be added to the winner's store account the next day. In the event that the Soft Flex Company representative is not available (holidays, weekends, illnesses, unforeseen events), the winning prize (store credit) will be added as soon as possible.
PRIZE. Prize for winning entrant is a $10 (ten dollars USD) store credit, redeemable at https://softflexcompany.com/. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, is the responsibility of the individual winners. No purchase is required to redeem. In the event the entrant willingly spends over this allotted credit amount, they will pay the remaining balance or select an item that is covered by the credit amount. The store credit is the sole prize. There are no substitute options or dollar prizes in the event that the winner does not want a store credit. Forfeiture of the store credit will not involve any substitutions or replacements.
STORE CREDIT EXPIRATION. If the winning entrant has not used their store credit within three (3) months, Soft Flex Company will zero out this store credit. No claim to an expired credit will be honored. The three (3) month expiration timer begins on date of the credit being added to the account. Soft Flex Company is not required to notify or contact the winner if the time for credit redemption lapses.
NO LIABILITY. By participating, entrants and prize winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by any entrant, prize winner, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this sweepstakes as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in any promotion related activity or participation in this sweepstakes.
PRIZE CONDITIONS. Prizes will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. All portions of the prize are non-assignable and non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitution of the prize will be allowed, except Soft Flex Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute prize of comparable value if prize is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. The prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize.
