Halloween Or Fall Themed Bead Weaving Bracelet

This video came at a time when we all needed healing at Soft Flex Company. And creating art and stringing jewelry was very much a part of the healing journey. We filmed this after losing a good friend (Mike Sherman, Soft Flex co-founder). Sara was also dealing with personal tragedy in her family as her husband bravely fought brain cancer.

Sara got bit by the seed bead bug. Over the years, she managed to avoid beadwork and bead weaving. But she started dipping her toes into the craft. As we started carrying more seed beads on our shelves, she started working with more patterns and weaving projects. As her family dealt with health emergencies, she found this new appreciation to be therapeutic and healing. One foot in front of the other. One bead and then another. Stringing beads into a colorful pattern is a great way to keep the mind calm and ready to face any challenge.

Join our Facebook group – VIB. Stay in the know. Stay up to date. From our bead shows to our video shows and sales, you can stay in touch with us. The community is full of artistic and helpful beaders and crafty people. Inspire and be inspired. Share your pictures and get the beading bug from others!
