How To Use Vintage Czech Glass Buttons In Your Jewelry Designs

On Spill the Beads with Joyce Trowbridge, Joyce was in a Just Peachy mood. She used our Just Peachy Bead Mix, our assorted mix of Czech Glass buttons, and Soft Flex Craft Wire to create a gorgeous bracelet. Just Peachy is our celebration of Pantone's 2024 Color of the Year - Peach Fuzz. You can be sure this colorway is going to be in fashion for years to come.

For this bracelet, Joyce created a free form wire design with 18 gauge Craft Wire. This playful design had asymmetrical loops and bends. She then used a 26 gauge wire to attach beads and buttons to the free form template. There is no right or wrong way to create a fun bracelet like this. You can add as many beads and loops to your design as you like. You can make it a large statement piece or a petite bracelet that sparkles.
