Wire Wrapping A Flower Crown With Soft Flex Craft Wire
This week on
Free Spirit Beading with Kristen Fagan, we made our own Very Peri color of the year flower crown!
DIY flower crown uses Soft Flex Craft Wire, Very Peri Bead Strand and dollar store faux flowers. This DIY flower headband is perfect to invite in that Spring Goddess energy. It's the perfect accessory for Summer music festival hair or running through fields with your friends, flower crowns make every occasion a bit more fun. You’ll need flowers, cutters, some heavier gauge Craft Wire to make the crown (16-18 gauge), lighter gauge wire to attach the flowers (22-24 gauge).
In the editing process after the video I decided to leave it just one big periwinkle flower on the one side. The beads get a bit hidden but can be seen from the top in the last photo.
Flower crowns really do make everything more fun!
