Do It Yourself! How To Make Jewelry Connectors With Beading Wire
Ever thought about crafting your own Soft Flex beading wire connectors? Well, you're in luck! I’m going to guide you through the process in this week’s Free Spirit Beading episode.
We’ll use a stunning collection of mixed gemstones beads for a necklace design that is inspired by Sundance catalog.
I share how to create connectors for jewelry making using .019 Soft Flex Beading Wire in Garnet color. I use a variety of materials for this eclectic design such as pink tourmaline, pearl, Czech glass and shell beads, a crescent moon pendant, a crystal starburst button, and 22ga Silver Plated Soft Flex Craft Wire in Gold color to create this stunning necklace. I also show how to use Magical Crimping Pliers with 2x2mm gold filled Soft Flex Crimp Tubes. We use a lot of crimp tubes in this tutorial!
