Register An Account Before You Shop Our Live Sales
If you have never shopped with CommentSold before, you will need to register an account, if you are shopping on Facebook. You will only need to register once. If you return for a sale later, you are going to be able to shop without interruption.

How To Join Our Live Sales
You can catch our sales on your platform of choice. The sale can be shopped while we are live and in replays. If you missed the live show, we will keep the replay up for a couple of days so you still have a chance to make a purchase.

How To Make A Purchase During A Live Sale
Did you see that amazing gemstone? Let's buy it! To purchase an item during the show, simply comment "Sold" and then the item name. The item name might be letters or numbers. Examples of letters - AA, EB, DT, etc. Numbers would be 102, 245, 218, etc. The examples below assume the item name is AR.
This is the correct way to make a purchase: Sold AR
Make sure you put "Sold" on your comment. The process is automated and if you do not add "Sold" you will not get your purchase. Make sure you leave a space between "Sold" and the item number. Also, make sure you type "Sold" first, if you type AR Sold - you will not get your purchase.

You can buy your item multiple times if you want more. You can also adjust the quantity in your cart before you check out.
WISHLIST!
Did you miss an item you really want? BID on it! If somebody already purchased AR, it is in their cart until they check out. If they do not check out, that item goes to the next buyer. The item hits a Wishlist of any buyer that missed the purchase. If the item is not purchased, it drops down the Wishlist until a buyer purchases it. You can still grab that beautiful gemstone!
Cart Expiration
Our carts expire after six hours. Make sure you make your purchase. After six hours, the items in your cart roll back into inventory or Wishlists. This is to prevent people from bidding for items they do not intend to purchase. This gives every shopper a fair shot at buying the items they want. Please don't bid on items you do not intend to buy!
Troubleshooting | Did Something Go Wrong?
Computers and technology sure love to get grumpy when we are having fun. Did something go wrong with your purchase? Make sure you let us know and we will contact support A.S.A.P.
One simple solution to most computer issues is simply rebooting or restarting. If you are using a computer, try restarting your internet browser. Or, if you have not restarted your computer in awhile, it never hurts to reboot. If you are using the app, try restarting that.
Did the items in your cart disappear? If you started bidding in Facebook and then opened the app, you may find your cart empty. These are two separate logins. Make sure you purchase your cart if you move from one platform to another. We can also merge your accounts if you think you have two logins. But this will be after the fact. So make sure you purchase your cart on one platform before logging into another.
Updates can cause issues. Make sure you are updating your app. If the app has been updated and you are shopping on an older version, you may find issues with your cart missing items.
Let us know if you have issues or questions. Most are easily solvable. And we will contact support if we cannot figure out how to fix your situation.
Paying For Your Purchases
Once you are finished with your purchases, visit your cart on the CommentSold account page. We collect payments using PayPal. You can log in to PayPal or pay as a guest. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will pay as a guest. Guest payments with the PayPal system are completed using a debit or credit card.
Each checkout will apply our $5 flat rate shipping fee. If you make multiple checkouts, you will be charged that fee for each checkout. Try to limit your checkouts. On our end, we will try to make sure that multiple shipping fees are refunded - if your items are shipping together. $5 flat shipping fees are given to any US customers. We often have FREE shipping on items. We will let you know if there is a free shipping special.
If you are an international buyer, you will receive international shipping fees. You can read our international buyers page and ordering FAQs on our site. International shipping is not automatically calculated on our Live Sales. We will contact you with an updated total for shipping and charge shipping separately. If you are an international buyer, make sure you purchase your cart as it will expire in 3 hours. We will contact you with the additional international shipping rate.
Make sure you check out in a timely fashion. Our carts are set to expire after three hours. If you wait, you will need to shop for those items again - and they may not be available the second time around.
PayPal Is Our Payment Gateway For Credit Cards
PayPal is our payment gateway. While this may not be an ideal choice for everybody, it is a good fit for our small business. We understand that it might not be everybody's favorite. But, you can use PayPal as a guest and avoid logging in. If you do not log in, you can select the credit card of choice to pay for your basket. We may look into other options in the future. But this is the best fit we found for now. Make sure you check out as a guest if you want to use your own payment selection. Thank you for understanding.
Giveaways And Special Sale Surprises
We strive to make every show special. You will receive a gift with your shipped purchase. This gift is included with every shipped purchase. We also have price drops on items. That luscious strand of Tourmaline might drop significantly during the show. You will hear us get excited when we can offer a big price drop.
We also have a random giveaway during the show. This prize is a giveaway that is offered to anybody watching that posts in chat. You do not need to purchase anything to be eligible for the random giveaway. Just say, "hello!" We collect names and use a list generator to randomize the names and make the list numbered. We use a random number selector to pick the winner. There is absolutely no bias on our end and everybody has the potential to win!
When we close the show, we also select a GRAND prize winner. This winner is randomly selected, same as the show winner, amongst anybody that has purchased an item from the show.
