We started our live shows over a decade ago, on Facebook. Our community grew and grew. We had to take a break at the end of last year as we dealt with the loss of a dear friend, and company founder. We are now back on a new platform. You can shop our sales on Facebook, Instagram, CommentSold, and our new app! Soft Flex Live Sales Are Back!
If you are new to our Live Sales and just want to enjoy the show, feel free to visit us on Facebook, Instagram, and CommentSold. You can watch the fun live and see everything we are offering. No pressure. You can visit as long as you like. You do not have to make a purchase to watch and enjoy the beads.
Register An Account Before You Shop Our Live Sales
If you are new and want to make a purchase or you are a returning customer, from our previous Facebook sales, you will need to register an account with CommentSold - our new live sales store and platform. You will only need to register once. If you return for a sale later, you are going to be able to shop without interruption.

How To Join Our Live Sales
You can catch our sales on your platform of choice. The sale can be shopped while we are live and in replays. If you missed the live show, we will keep the replay up for a couple of days so you still have a chance to make a purchase.

How To Make A Purchase During A Live Sale
Did you see that amazing gemstone? Let's buy it! To purchase an item during the show, simply comment "Sold" and then the item number.
This is the correct way to make a purchase: Sold 102
Make sure you put "Sold" on your comment. The process is automated and if you do not add "Sold" you will not get your purchase. Make sure you leave a space between "Sold" and the item number. Also, make sure you type "Sold" first, if you type 102 Sold - you will not get your purchase.

You can buy your item multiple times if you want more. You can also adjust the quantity in your cart before you check out.
Paying For Your Purchases
Once you are finished with your purchases, visit your cart on the CommentSold account page. We collect payments using PayPal. You can log in to PayPal or pay as a guest. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will pay as a guest. Guest payments with the PayPal system are completed using a debit or credit card.
Each checkout will apply our $5 flat rate shipping fee. If you make multiple checkouts, you will be charged that fee for each checkout. Try to limit your checkouts. On our end, we will try to make sure that multiple shipping fees are refunded - if your items are shipping together. $5 flat shipping fees are given to any US customers.
If you are an international buyer, you will receive international shipping fees. You can read our international buyers page and ordering FAQs on our site. International shipping is not automatically calculated on our Live Sales. We will contact you with an updated total for shipping and charge shipping separately. If you are an international buyer, make sure you purchase your cart as it will expire in 3 hours. We will contact you with the additional international shipping rate.
Make sure you check out in a timely fashion. Our carts are set to expire after three hours. If you wait, you will need to shop for those items again - and they may not be available the second time around.
Giveaways And Special Sale Surprises
We strive to make every show special. You will receive a gift with your purchase. We also have larger giveaways for each sale. Every purchase is a chance to win the larger prize - on top of the gift you get with your purchase.

Our shows are guaranteed to be full of unique items. The sales you will find are typically not available our main website. You will find massive discounts on gemstones, findings, and so much more. If we do sell something available from our site, it is usually marked down at a steep discount or a discontinued item that is no longer sold on the site.
