Wrap Around Knot Bracelet Tutorial with 6mm Round Beads

In this video tutorial, I share wrap around knot woven bracelet technique using .019 Medium Soft Flex Beading Wire and 6mm lapis and malachite round beads.

Supplies:

Soft Touch .019/Medium Diameter

Size 6/0 Seed Beads or Delica Beads

6mm Round Beads

Hook and Eye or Lobster Claw Clasp

3x3mm Crimps Tubes

Cutters

Mighty Crimping Pliers

You will need a total of 7ft of beading wire for this design. One 2ft. strand, which will be your anchor wires down the left and right side of the bracelet (I used dark blue lapis). One  5ft strand, which will be your weaving wire that goes around the anchor wire and through the beads (I used green emerald).

I opted for a 3x3mm "mighty" crimp tube due to the number of .019/medium diameter strands I was using. If you are passing four or more .019/medium beading wire strands through a crimp in your design you will need to move up to the larger 3x3mm crimp tube. When using a larger crimp tube, you also need to use the Mighty Crimper for a secure crimp, due the different size in the pliers notches.

You can use all one color or design a two color look. I wanted to bring out the pops of green in the beads so, I opted for a two color combination of dark blue lapis and green emerald Soft Flex beading wire

You can use Soft Flex original beading wire, Extreme Flex beading wire, Econoflex hobby wire or Soft Touch premium beading wire for this design. Each wire type will have a different feel, drape and choices of colors but, all of them can be adapted for this type of design.
