DIY Beaded Tassel Necklace with Pantone Adobe Bead Mix
What do you do when you lose one of the cute beaded tassel earrings you made? You turn the other one into a necklace!
This week on Free Spirit Beading with Kristen Fagan, we will take one of the tassel earrings we made (and I promptly lost) last week and turn it into a DIY tassel necklace using our limited edition Pantone Adobe Bead Mix and a few beads from my stash. Supplies:
Soft Flex .019/Medium Diameter Beading Wire in Bone
I removed the single earring from the ear wire and attached it to hammered ring connector with two textured jump rings for the focal. I added two more textured jump rings for the beading wire to string through and used the last heishi spacer from the adobe bead mix between the jump rings for added interest. This was suggested by Linda during the live chat and I think it was a great idea!
