3 - 15” Pieces of  Soft Flex Beading Wire, .019 Diameter
Jump Rings
Clasp
Cutters
Crimping Pliers

All below is approximate depending on size of bracelet made and tension.
12 -  2x2mm Soft Flex Crimp Tubes
27 - 5mm Fire Polish Beads
72 - Super Duos
63 - 11/0 Seed Beads
